Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Baller.ID account and all associated data at any time. No questions asked.
How to request deletion
Send an email from the address linked to your account:
- Email noreply.ballerid@gmail.com
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Include your in-app display name so we can locate your account quickly
What gets deleted
- Your profile — name, jersey number, position, avatar
- Your match history and stats (goals, assists, saves)
- Your votes, ratings, and reputation score
- Your login credentials (email + password)
- Your push notification token
Retention period
We process deletion requests within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymised match data (e.g. team scores) may be retained for app integrity purposes but cannot be linked back to you after deletion.

⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your player card, points, and leaderboard position will be permanently removed.
